Steve Orman grew up in Jacksonville, attending Terry Parker High School in Arlington.  He went on to attend the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in marketing.  Immediately upon graduation, he was hired by IBM, and began a 30 year career in sales, sales management and business development with IBM.  He developed a keen understanding of executive sales, team building, and old fashioned selling.

During his career at Addison Commercial, Steve has considerable experience in a wide range of real estate sales, including office, retail and industrial properties.   With his IBM background, he brings a solid understanding of technology and internet marketing.  His specialty, however, is cold calling, which he considers to be to a lost art.

Steve currently resides in Mandarin.  He is married to Jeanne, who teaches preschool.  He has two sons, Chris and Patrick.  Steve is a licensed pilot, and enjoys just about anything outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing and golf.

Amanda has handled numerous real estate transactions including sales, leasing, tenant representation, and landlord representation for office, flex/industrial, and retail properties.  She even managed the Lightstone Portfolio consisting of over 125,000 SF of office/flex space.  In total, Amanda has leased over 300,000 SF of office, retail, and flex space.

Amanda lives in the Julington Creek area with her husband Brian and two daughters.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Jaguars football, traveling, and reading.
