Phil Hoffer recently relocated to the Jacksonville area after an extensive commercial real estate career primarily in Chicago and         Midwest.  He has a diverse background over all commercial and corporate product types that includes leasing, investment sales, management and development of those assets. He has been involved in transactions of over 15 MSF.

Most recently, Phil worked with GNP Realty in Chicago that notably manages and leases the headquarters for the National Association of Realtors.  He currently holds an Illinois Brokers License in addition to his Florida Broker’s license.

Prior to this association, he had an extensive consulting practice that included Johnson Controls, Bovis Lend Lease, Trammel Crow, RSC and Associates and PIPC (London) working primarily on project management services for BP as well as a hotel development in Detroit and a hotel/investment analysis in Abu Dhabi.

He served as EVP of Asset Management for Prime Group Realty, a publicly traded REIT and was part of their IPO team.  He successfully managed and leased a portfolio that grew to 14 MSF and over 250 employees.

Phil is married and lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Cassandra.  He has two grown sons living in Chicago.  He is a graduate of the University of Denver and enjoys golf, the beach and travelling. 


Richard Saig Jr. was born and raised in Jacksonville, attending Bishop Kenny High School and later graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business. He is currently working on his M.B.A. at the University of North Florida.

After working for Merrill Lynch, his career in real estate began in 2013 as a property manager for Akras Family Enterprises before coming over to work with ACREI.

Richard is a supporter of all UF athletics and enjoys going to their sporting events year round. He is also a lifelong Jaguars fan and enjoys being active outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends.


Kan Ibraev comes from a very rich background; he was born and raised in Kyrgyzstan. He went to study at Cairo University in Egypt and majored in Political Science. Kan is known for his energetic and enthusiastic personality. He is one who speaks several languages fluently. He speaks his native language: Kyrgyz, along with Russian, Turkish, Arabic, English and basic Bosnian. Speaking so many languages and volunteering for Atlantic Institute, community based local non-profit organization, has allowed him integrating and working well with people from various countries and cultures. Kan is happily married to Dinela and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
